Shipping policy

Please refer to our current turnaround-time for new orders. Orders will be shipped within our stated turnaround-time. Once shipped, expect a 5-8 business day transit time. Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s progress in transit.

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. If your insured package is lost or arrived with visible damage to the packaging, take pictures and contact us via spotted.dolphin.creations.info@gmail.com

We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a non deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.
