Refund policy

We accept returns for store credit on all full-price t-shirt orders within 7 days from the day the merchandise is delivered which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. 

To be eligible for a return store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at spotted.dolphin.creations.info@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like car freshies, tumblers, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping/Address Mistakes 
We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a non deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.
